Shipping & Tracking Limitations

 

***Limit of Responsibility:

Please note, if you choose a Shipping method without tracking, IMPOWER Life will not be held responsible, in any way, for any shipment that is lost, delayed, seized or destroyed by the Customs agency of your chosen destination. 

Furthermore, without tracking we cannot get the shipper to find your shipments and neither can we place a claim to recover any costs with the courier, or return your money. PLEASE NOTE: You are responsible for complying with importation regulations and duties in the country you are shipping to. Delays occasionally occur with the receiving country's Customs agency. Only you can contact them regarding  your package, and we have no ability to affect their decisions."

 

 

 ***Limit of Responsibility with Tracked shipments:

Please note, if your shipment has been delayed, IMPOWER Life is only able to create a service ticket to start the claim process, 45 days from the shipping date (not earlier). Depending on that outcome and if you have purchased insurance we will either be able to find the package or apply for the claim - for the amount of insurance purchased when placed the order. Once IMPOWER receives confirmation of a refund from the shipper, we will refund you. PLEASE NOTE: You are responsible for complying with importation regulations and duties in the country you are shipping to. Delays occasionally occur with the receiving country's Customs agency. Only you can contact them regarding your package, and we have no ability to affect their decisions."
